It was a rainy old weekend but I did manage to get out for a MTB ride, there are some very pretty tracks and trails nearby, I'm really lucky. Between torrential rain showers I took a few shots of my friend Aled and later made a messy hole in my knee after a slight spill.

'Knee-burger' and broken/smashed pedal aside, it was great to get out and about.
